Founder’s Associate Intern (Internship)

Zurich, Switzerland | on-site | 6 months | flexible start in 2025

We are looking for a proactive and entrepreneurial Founder’s Associate Intern to join our team and support the CEO and co-founders across business and operations.
You’ll gain insights into how a robotics startup is built and run – supporting everything from strategy, over fundraising and marketing to partner communications and internal operations. If you’re interested in combining tech and business, learning fast, and making things happen, this is for you!

As an ideal candidate, you will be highly motivated, eager to work at the intersection of technology and business, capable of working autonomously and in small teams, and have a strong desire to take ownership, learn fast, and help build a deep-tech startup from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Support business development, operations, and communications.
  • Help with strategy execution, customer relations, fundraising, and marketing material.
  • Prepare presentations and documents for partners and customers.
  • Assist with organizing events, hiring, and team coordination.
  • Conduct market and customer research and summarize findings.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Strong motivation, structured working style, and mindset to make things happen.
  • Studying business, entrepreneurship, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Currently pursuing a degree (or graduated within the last six months) at a Swiss University.
  • “Business sense” and analytical skills.
  • Experience from internships, student groups, or projects.
  • Interest in robotics, entrepreneurship, and deep-tech.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Great to have

  • Team-oriented, communicative, and driven.
  • Experience from startups, scale-up, tech companies, or entrepreneurship/startup associations.
  • Hands-on experience crafting compelling proposals, funding pitches, or commercial offers.

What we offer

  • Direct collaboration with the founders and the chance to actively shape our product and company.
  • Chance to transition into a full-time role after the internship and to grow into a core role in an early-stage robotics startup.
  • Exposure to real-world deployments and pilot customers.
  • A team culture focused on technical excellence, openness, and shared ownership.
  • Regular joint team activities including team dinners and surprise events.
